Rock Creek Farm, Connelly Springs, NC

Johnny Yancey

We grow and sell the freshest, tastiest fruit and vegetables that possibly can be grown. We have peaches that ripen from mid June through September.   Strawberries from late April through the first of June. Blackberries from early June through July. Sweet corn & Watermelons from July till early September and Pumpkins in late September and October. All of these dates can vary with the season, so call before you come for a specific time.

Finest Peaches Around

Peaches are both yellow and white fleshed with nectarines of both colors also. We have tomatoes, cukes, squash and other vegies during the season. Everything is grown on our farm or a few select products from our neighbors and/or relatives.

“Our produce doesn’t come from wholesalers.”

All these are sold at our two roadside stands One is on Highway 18 south at the intersection of 18 & George Hildebran School Road and Sugarloaf Rd., eleven miles south of Morganton. The other stand is located on highway 127 south of Hickory, approximately 3 miles south of the intersection of highway 321 and 127.
